Packaging Pouches

We offer a comprehensive range of Jumbo Bags with varying capacities of 5 kg to 10 kg. These Jumbo Pouches are specifically designed to carry large quantities of contents. We manufacture these using high grade materials, which offer durability and strength to these bags for carrying bulky goods.

We offer an extensive range of Center Seal Pouches, used for food and chemical packing. These have ability to withstand high as well as low temperatures, and are very good for packaging of food items. These are provided with center seal which prevents the packed materials from exposure to air, moisture and other external factors. This increases the life of the packed items inside the p[ouches.

We manufacture high grade offer Stand Up Pouches used for packaging of food and liquids. These come in various specifications, like:

We offer Square Bottom Pouches, which come in well finished and properly sealed range, with an open gusset at the bottom. We manufacture high grade PVC Shrink Labels, made from quality range raw materials. These have wide applications in packaging of various materials, like:

We offer these pouches made of PVC, which are simplest and cost effective material controlled in the shrink process. These are known to have good scuff resistance, and are available in Pasteur and Steam grades. Specifications of Shrink Films

The shrinkage in shrink films is depicted lengthwise and width-wise by the machine directions and transverse directions respectively. The specifications offered by us in these Shrink Films are as follows:

• 30 mic, 35 mic and 40 mic
• Shrinkage ratio in Machine Direction is 3%-5%
• Shrinkage ratio in Transverse Direction is 50%-55%

Apart from PVC Shrink Labels, we have on offer PET Shrink Labels and OPS Shrink Labels. These have differences owing to the shrink characteristics that they exhibit, and so are ideal for various applications. These are described as below:

PET Shrink Labels:

These offer the best scuff resistance with highest shrink percentage. These can be pasteurized and recycled as well.

OPS Shrink Labels:

These are more cost effective than PET, and offer lowest vertical shrinks with consistent finish. These are most frequently used for "squeeze" containers.

We have on offer Three Side Seal Pouches (Pillow Packs), which are available in various sizes, shapes and colors. These are made from high quality raw materials, which make these Pouches durable and strong. These Pouches have tight seals on three sides, which make them safe for packaging. These pouches are also leak proof, and are highly useful in industrial uses.

We provide an array of laminated pouches/ / standard pouches that is fabricated by a hot seal method. Our range also includes printed laminates specially made by the process of Rotogravure which is able to print nine colors. These pouches can be three-side sealed, centre sealed, stand up, with/without zip, stitched pouches and many others. Besides these, we offer seal pouches which can keep small and medium sized products. We also manufacture our range as per the specification of our esteemed clients.
